Modo Mio The name of this pretty restaurant means “my way”
in Italian, which is just how executive chef Isidro Moya cooks—with
vegetable stocks, natural reductions, fresh ingredients, and, except
for desserts, no cream or butter.
Not only is Modo Mio in the Zagat Survey, much has been written
about this wonderful eatery in Pacific Palisades.
